Preparatory Orchestra
The Preparatory Orchestra (Prep) is an entry level strings ensemble comprised of students with one to two years experience. Students wishing to audition for Preparatory should be able to perform music of similar caliber to the list below. Please speak with your teacher for audition help.
SCALES
ALL - 1 octave 1 octave C/D/G major scales
Students must be able to read and play notes without pre-labeling in the range listed above.
SOLOS
French Folk Song, Suzuki bk 1 literature
Prep will be working on grade 1 to 1.5 level orchestra music.
